I am starting my weight loss journey and I CAN'T WAIT!!!
I started Lite n Easy yesterday, and I am going to stick to it and drop these 70 odd kgs!! I am going to do this. I will not bow down to surgery!!!
I am going to start walking every night as of tonight. I got an mp3 player for Mother's Day, and just love walking to the beat of loud music!! :) I will get my 6wk post birth check next week so I can start some more strenuous core exercises!! I am so excited!!

I am extremely happy within myself, I really am. I am the happiest I have ever, ever been. I just have a huge vessel. Losing this weight is the last step in my journey to a new me. I have done the work on the inside, now for the outside!! :)
